DIY DETOX SMOOTHIE...

self care is a very big move most of us take to help reset and reboot our minds and bodies now I know usually when we speak of this we speaking skincare,but today I would like to speak more of what we consume into our digestive system, and share with yall an easy yet effective detox smoothie recipe...

so for our detox smoothie we shall need 1. a good clean blender 2.reusable straw..(heavy on the reusable because the environment is tired of yall. 3. glass jar or reusable bottle (I prefer glass jar because it's all cool and sexy..you know what I mean. 4. grater 5. honey 6. 1 green apple 7. 1 banana 8. 2 spinach leaves 9. almond milk (just so even our vegans can hop on ) 10. ginger.. procedure : grate the ginger and mix honey add the apple and banana ,wash your spinach and add it to the mix. finally add your almond milk and blend for 5 minutes.....serve immediately... hope you enjoy don't forget to follow me on like to know it ( former rewardstyle) for amazing outfits reviews and links, continue to support small creators and businesses. stay safe...remember to subscribe to our newsletter..
