EFFECTIVE TIPS TO UPLIFT YOUR MOOD

part of maturing is noticing and understanding that your life is going to hit many bombs as you go , but to also remember that it will all work out for you in the end as the universe is aligning you to your calling. 
however during such times when we are low it's very hard for us to even remember the times we even were once happy  and this post is just a series of shot notes on the few activities you could do to uplift your spirit when your down ♥️.

1. call your close friends and close  family members. 
2. visit a friend or family member. 
3. go and have a walk at the beach.
4. play your fun songs playlist....
5. attend art classes
6. book a trip around your home area, you will be surprised by how much you miss out on.
7. take a long walk....not only will this help you focus less on your worries but it's also great cardio. 
8. go for a hike.
9. go through your grateful for memories (I have a small note pad where i note something am thankful for each day and when am down I pull it out and remind myself that am that boy.)
10. do something you have always wanted to do stop rescheduling your joy........
